Draft

This document is a draft and is not yet in force.

Short version: the NeoCatcher plugin does not send us your traffic or any data about how you use it. We only receive what you send us yourself, such as support emails.

Who we are

[Maksim Voronchikhin / entity name], [address], Republic of Serbia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@neocatcher.com.

The plugin

  • Traffic captured by the plugin stays on your computer, in the IDE's memory.
  • Rules and breakpoints are saved in your project and workspace files.
  • The CA certificate and private key are generated and stored on your computer; keystore passwords are kept in the IDE's password safe.
  • The plugin contains no telemetry, analytics or crash reporting of its own.

If you enable the MCP server and connect an AI agent (for example Claude Code or Cursor), the traffic the agent reads is sent to that agent's AI provider by the agent, not by us, and is handled under that provider's terms. Secret headers are redacted by default. Data you let any other tool read is handled by that tool's provider under its own terms.

Purchases

Pro licenses are sold by JetBrains s.r.o. through JetBrains Marketplace. JetBrains processes your account, payment and license data as a separate controller under its own privacy policy. We receive sales reports from JetBrains, which may include [company name / country — confirm what the vendor reports contain].

This website

  • Hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log IP addresses for security, see GitHub's privacy statement.
  • [If analytics are added: we use (Plausible / GoatCounter), which does not use cookies or collect personal data.]

Support email

When you email us we process your address and message to answer you, and keep them for up to [24 months] after the conversation ends. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing support, or steps before/under a contract.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
