These terms govern your use of the NeoCatcher plugin ("the Software") published by [Maksim Voronchikhin / entity name], [address], Republic of Serbia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software you agree to them. If you buy a license through JetBrains Marketplace, the JetBrains Marketplace terms also apply to the purchase.
1. License¶
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software:
- Free edition: for any purpose, including commercial work.
- Pro edition: under a valid Personal or Commercial license bought through JetBrains Marketplace, for the number of users it covers. Personal licenses are for individuals paying with their own funds; work paid for by a company requires a Commercial license.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, or remove or bypass its license checks, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Acceptable use¶
The Software can decrypt and modify network traffic. You agree to use it only on applications, devices, accounts and networks that you own or are authorised to test. You must not use it to intercept other people's communications, access systems without permission, or break any law.
You are responsible for the CA certificate you generate and install, for protecting its private key, and for removing it when no longer needed.
3. Your data¶
The Software processes traffic on your computer. We do not receive your traffic, rules or logs. See the Privacy notice.
4. Third-party components¶
The Software includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed in [link to third-party notices].
5. No warranty¶
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability¶
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or security incidents arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination¶
Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Paid subscriptions end as described in the JetBrains Marketplace terms.
8. Changes¶
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the plugin's change notes.
9. Governing law¶
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in [city], unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your own country.
